Abstract

De todo el sector son conocidos los Premios Porc d'Or que se otorgan a aquellas explotaciones de porcino blanco o ibérico que han obtenido mejores resultados en el ejercicio anterior. Sin embargo quizás sea menos conocido cómo se generan dichos premios, tanto la fuente de datos (BDporc), como el proceso de concesión de estos. En este artículo hablaremos de ambos, así como de las novedades que presentan.
