Abstract

El cambio climático de origen antrópico está entre nosotros de forma evidente desde hace más de 3 decenios. Inicialmente no existía un consenso científico, y tampoco social, para atribuir a la humanidad la causa y por ende la responsabilidad de este cambio, y se aducía a ciclos naturales y/o a la variabilidad inherente del clima.
