Abstract

La carne producida en los sistemas silvopastorales desempeña un papel crucial en la prevención de incendios forestales en el mediterráneo y puede contribuir a satisfacer la creciente demanda social por carne más sostenible. Este estudio aborda las preferencias y disposición a pagar de los consumidores por carne de cordero y ternera procedente de sistemas silvopastorales asociada a la prevención de incendios forestales.
